The caption totally fits the housing crash blues. Everyone suffering from housing crash-itis is looking like that and saying “Woe is me- now I must wear a fedora and smoke Dutch Masters because I crashed my housing, la dee da”
Or he is the perp behind the housing crash. I believe his name is Fidel Castrostein.
